-Short catchy line-

An engaging product design task for my internship application at BigBasket.

Problem Statement

It's tough for co-working spaces to adhere to Community Health Standards when the clients book a room without adhering to COVID protocols

Create a booking experience for existing users of a paid service to book a conference room in a co-working space that takes into account the current COVID situation.

My Process

I have effectively used the 5 step design thinking process but I did not adhere to any strict procedures/exercises mentioned there.

🎈Empathize

♦ Millenials/Cuspers Team leaders and managers in such organaisations

♦ Co-working Space owners/managers

🎈Research

Secondary Research

Searched things online and tried them out

Since the brief clearly mentioned co-working spaces, so my research had to begin there, but being from a small town I could not physically go and experience their processes. I then resorted to our saviour Google, and it led me to some spaces- WeWork, Avanta Coworking, Cowrks & 91Springboards. I explored their services online and tried to experience the user flow of booking a meeting/conference room as an outsider or first time user. Although to better empathize I needed a regular user experience which wasn't possible as they were paid services to be in their space.

Here are the insights I could gather online and via a direct call - attached here.
